Programming of interface between system for handling of electricity spot transactions for local CHP plants and a system for handling of other transactions of electricity (PUD-DEL). Further, Xergi has participated in the PUD-DEL project group with DONG as an observer.
2003-2004 DONG, Denmark
Programming of system for handling of trade with electricity for local CHP plants at the Nordic electricity exchange, NordPool, and optimization of the production of the CHP plants on the basis of forecasts of the price level of electricity spot transactions, weather forecasts, and heat demand forecasts. Complete Oracle database with job-scheduler, master data program, reporting module and optimization calculation module. The system has primarily been programmed in Java, while the optimizing module has been programmed in Delphi. Handling of incoming data (e.g. availability from the CHP plants and information of operation plants to the CHP plants) takes place via an Excel application programmed in VBA. The programming work has been made by Xergi in co-operation with DDH Data and Energi & Miljø Data.
