Analysis of Project Feasibility A biogas project starts with an open dialogue with our customer about the possibilities for an anaerobic digestion project. Xergi can assists by analysing profitability and feasibility. Based on the results of such discussion and our analysis, we take the customer though various technological options that meet his requirements.
Basic Design We develop a basic design for the plant ensuring compliance with local regulations so the approval process can go smoothly.
Approval process Together with the basic design process Xergi assists the client with preparing the necessary documents for approval by relevant authorities.
Financing Prior to construction Xergi can assist in arranging financing of the project by providing relevant technical and operational data for the funders.
Detailed planning and design When permissions and financing are in place Xergi engineers start detailed planning and design of the plant ensuring that all technical documentation is ready for the construction phase to begin.
Construction Xergi delivers the whole project from ground breaking to final commissioning. A professional team is assigned to the project and during the entire construction phase they remain in close contact with the customer.
Commissioning The start-up of a biogas plant is a critical procedure. The bacteria have to build up and minor operational adjustments have to be made to ensure that the plant operates efficiently and reliably. Commissioning is undertaken by Xergi biologists and service team to make sure that our operational knowledge is passed on to the customer.
Operation As soon as the commissioning phase is over the plant can start commercial operation and generate green energy to the benefit of the customer and the community.
