Xergi offers servicing and maintenance of SCADA plants and other electrical systems in a form of service contracts or on ad hoc basis.

Service contracts ensure planned maintenance, safety inspections and operation support, and, as a further option, 24-hour availability which guaranteees prompt response in case of plant shut-down.

The agreements are set up according to the requirements of the customer, and may include a yearly service check only, or running support with, for example optimisation of the SCADA systems. Xergi also offers service agreements for waterworks' process control plants.

The service agreements for CHP stations may include:

• Safety check of the protection equipment of the CHP plant
• Visual inspection of panels, thermographic examination of effect panels and generator terminal box.

Xergi also offers these services on ad hoc basis.
